I'm Tom Weber, and I've spent over three decades in Luxembourg's digital business landscape. My hands-on approach and passion for turning ambitious ideas into successful digital realities have shaped my career—and I've had the privilege of witnessing and contributing to the evolution of digital business in the Grand Duchy.

I'm best known for launching and driving the digital business of RTL Luxembourg. I created and orchestrated RTL.lu from the ground up, transforming it into Luxembourg's leading digital media platform. This journey taught me that successful digital projects require more than just technical expertise—they need someone who can bridge the gap between vision and execution, between business goals and technical possibilities.

A New Chapter

As an entrepreneur and visionary in digital and mobile projects, the democratization of AI brought a new mindset and orientation for me. I recognized that many businesses—from startups to established enterprises—could benefit from the kind of strategic guidance that comes from decades of real-world experience.

This realization led to the founding of Bazinga sàrl, bringing my expertise back to the service of local and international companies navigating the complexities of digital transformation, AI adoption, and mobile strategy.
